If you spend any amount of time on the steroid message boards, or reading steroid journals, you likely discover many variants of anabolic steroids available to add to your steroid stack. Some of them are common, such as Dianabol or plain ol’ testosterone. Others contain molecular adjustments and deliver all sorts of different approaches to stimulating the receptors. If you’re a beginner or intermediate bodybuilder, however, you really don’t have much of a use for this wide variety of drugs. Rather, you should draw upon a very small group of steroids for your first few cycles. They are fairly easy (or at least, easier) to obtain, are affordable, well researched, and their results are predictable. Let’s examine a few standard beginner and intermediate cycles.
If you have never used steroids before, then your first cycle will be a simple one. You should be using Testosterone Enanthate or Testosterone Cypionate variety. The dose will be 500 mg per week, divided into two doses of 250 mg. This is a small amount of testosterone and will not be stacked with any other compounds. However, since you have never used any steroid or any artificial testosterone before, the results will be excellent. After running the cycle for 10 weeks, you will want to use PCT then enjoy a 3 month break. When it’s time to return for cycle number two, you will add 20 mg of Dianabol per day to the first 5 weeks of what will be a 12 week cycle. You’ll continue using 500 mg of testosterone per week, but this time you will need the oral Dianabol to help jump start the cycle into starting. You’ll notice that your body is less receptive to each cycle after your first, so you will need to add more compounds each time. Following your 12 week second cycle, take PCT then enjoy a 3 months break from the gym.
If you have already run at least two cycles, you are no longer a beginner. You are now considered to be an intermediate. The steroid cycle you’ll need as an intermediate will be larger and stronger than the cycle you used as a rank beginner. Cycle #3 should be the same as cycle number two, with the addition of 400 mg of Deca 300 to your weekly cycle. From there, you will be able to customize cycles number 4 and 5 using the above compounds, perhaps in greater dosages.
Once you have run 4 to 6 steroid cycles, and you possess a lean body mass of 200 pounds or more at under 10% body fat, you have probably graduated to the level of advanced steroid user. By this point, you should possess a fairly good base of knowledge and experience upon which to draw from when making decisions as to how to design your cycle. You should now be able to construct the stacks you desire to meet your goals based upon your own response to certain drugs, your own perceived weaknesses, and what drugs are available. Use this blueprint to track your early dosing and the results will be great!
